"Hasina: A Daughter’s Tale" screened at ULAB

The docu-drama on the life of the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina – ‘Hasina: A Daughter’s Tale’ has screened at the auditorium of University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh ( ULAB) at Dhanmondi on 24 February, 2020 as part of the Mujib Centenary Celebration at ULAB. Grandson of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Mr. Radwan Mujib Siddiq and Director of the film Piplu Khan took part in the discussion after screening the film. The discussion was followed by an engaging question-answer session.  Dr. Kazi Anis Ahmed, Vice President, ULAB BoT; Professor H M Jahirul Haque, Vice Chancellor, ULAB; Professor Shamsad Mortuza, Pro Vice- Chancellor, ULAB; National Professor Dr. Rafiqul Islam; Ms. Ameenah Ahmed, Member, ULAB BoT; Kazi Inam Ahmed, Member, ULAB BoT, Professor Imran Rahman, Special Advisor to the ULAB BoT, Lt Col Md. Foyzul Islam( Retd), Registrar, ULAB, teachers, students, guests were present at this time. The film was jointly produced by the Centre for Research and Information and Applebox Films. In the film stars Sheikh Hasina seems as herself in the title role, and her younger sister Sheikh Rehana as herself.
